Cosa ci metterΓ² all’interno stavolta? Li faccio alla spirulina, curcuma o al cacao?
Che frutta aggiungo? Con la marmellata o con sciroppo d’acero?
Gelato??? No troppo freddo. π
Oggi vi propongo questa versione con farina di castagne.

So today, I will share with you, this version with chestnut flour.

INGREDIENTS
100 g β Rolled oats
30 g β Chestnut flour
1 teaspoon β cinnamon powder 150 ml β vegetable milk
1 tsp β baking soda
1 tsp β Lemon juice
1 ripe banana

PROCEDURE
- Ground the oats into fine flour
- Add the chestnut flour, the baking soda, the
cinnamon and stir well. - Blend the banana with the milk and pour it onto
the dry mix - Stir well
- Add the lemon juice (this is to activate your baking soda)
- Heat a non-sticky pan with a little bit of vegetable oil, and one ladleful of batter at the time.
- Wait until you get the upside bubbling and then, turn it on the other side.

Ingredients
- 100g di fiocchi di avena
- 30g di farina di castagne
- 1 cucchiaino di cannella in polvere
- 150 latte vegetale
- 1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato
- 1 cucchiaino di succo di limone
- 1 banana matura
Instructions
- Frulla l’avena fino a renderla farina.
- Aggiungi la farina di castagne, il bicarbonato, la cannella e mescola.
- Frulla la banana con il latte e versala sulla farina.
- Amalgama bene il tutto.
- Aggiungi una spruzzata di limone (per attivare il bicarbonato)
- Scalda una padella antiaderente unta con olio di semi e un mestolo alla volta versa i pancake.
- Aspetta che in superficie faccia le bolle e giralo.
